Travels in Alaska 2025 This is my fourth trip to Alaska , but this is the first time by a cruise and I can state that I wish I had cruise much earlier. The ability to see things from a cruise ship versus a regular boat or a land tour was simply amazing. Not only did I have a great time, so did my sons. We visited the Meydenhall Glacier , cruise Alaska's inside passage , got up close to glaciers in Prince George bay , and was able to experience breathtaking views of the majestic Alaskan coasts and cities such as Sitka, Skagway , and Juneau .
